Well how do you like the random title? It was found by shuffling through my i-tunes library - it’s actually a song by daft punk. Rather a strange song… mind you i’d never played it on my itunes before. Still sadly I am a bit of an addict to that kind of music (as my itunes classifies it its ‘electronic’). Anyhow alots happened since I last wrote here, including going to Japan for work (only for a week), also tomorrow i’m going away for 10 days with some mates for a little thing called ’schoolies’. Mind you we aren’t going to the main ’schoolies’ area of the Gold Coast (the one where some 120 people have already been arrested).
Should be a fun week - despite the fact that out of my friends im one of the two people with a car they can use… I feel a little bit like a taxi. Ah well I do enjoy driving to an extent - normally I find driving most fun by myself - lets me do some strange habbits I have (including talking things over to myself… no i’m not crazy). Other things that can make driving fun - driving in the rain at night, specially with traffic lights and so on, it can look pretty awesome with all the reflected light and its contrast to the darkness.
On top of this been to a couple of 18th birthday parties which has been fun (mind you im still in pain from doing paintball - which is lots of fun) and then another one where it was Bollywood theme, i’d show you a picture of how I was dressed but im trying to keep up the idea that no-body knows who I am (true for some of you… not true for a lot more I think, after all you just need to click a few links which can be accessed from this very blog to know who I am).
Anyhow now that my blog has travelled in so many directions that I can’t pull a semi coherent or consistent storyline from it I dont quite know what to do. Backtracking a step here I do hope schoolies is eventful in some ways, in many ways its effectively a last chance (no pressure in that idea at all). Also it turns out that I turn 18 while on schoolies. Dunno if thats a good thing or not, see I dont really want to get drunk and with the legal drinking age being eighteen (not that that really matters to most people…) for some it might seem to be a good excuse to try and get me drunk. Mind you some people find alcohol helps give them confidence, which I could probably use - might help with a couple of those last chances.
On that note i’m out - might write again if I get a chance during this period of schoolies, if not ill write when I get back… or ill just procrastinate more. I hope your eyes havn’t died from the pretty terrible contrast my blog theme has at the moment - I mgiht fix that up later.
