Well if it doesn’t work then what will I have lost? Dead people don’t need money… also by the time I would be needing this hopefully I will be a rich man… unlikely but still. Also the current method basically just freezes you, its main aim is to simply keep your brain intact.
And if it did work well I would have a longer life, spend more time living I guess.

If they ever do figure out a way to do it, I doubt that it would have anything to do with these current methods of cyrogenics. Technology changes at a rapid pace and so these current methods would probably be outdated. Besides, the whole thing is a huge gamble, it aint cheap.

But even if it does work, what are you going to do?

Depends on how technology has progressed – if we have produced some infallible supply of fuel, as well as the technology to revive people… well lets just say I think the world wouldn’t be a dystopia. Even if it was you could just be put ‘on ice’ again until things fixed themselves. You know the whole cleansing through fire kind of idea.
