Really I am.
The other night I was at a charity fund-raising dinner thing. I won some very feminine wine and two vouchers for the garden buffet at star city. Anyone like pink moscato?

Anyhow hope everyones having a good time. Good luck in all your endeavours - and hopefully good luck in all of mine.
I worked for a company with about 500 women and 6 guys (I swear -it was an insurance company). On a weird streak, I won the office raffle about four times in a row -gift certificates for a store called “Clay Basket.”
Clay Basket had nothing but those distressed gardening decorations with cutesy little slogans and characters in faded paint. I’ve never been in a store where I wanted absolutely nothing they had to offer, and they stubbornly refused to exchange the certificate for cash.
And as I mentioned, over the course of the following month I won three more of them.
-At that point, all I really wanted was gasoline and some matches.
So it would probably have been in the ‘Clay Baskets’ best interests to just exchange the vouchers for cash…
However you have to wonder, was the clay basket insured by your company? Maybe it was a cunning plot to try and make you destroy their store and hence create more work.
What was the charity for?
Dammit, I never win any “feminine” wine.
Children’s Cancer.
Don’t worry, I’m sure one day you will win a whole case of wine in pink boxes.
one day…
Just keep waiting, don’t give up hope… and buy a whole heap of raffle tickets.
Yeah I suppose its for a good cause.
